Information collected

When you submit a request, this site may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address or ZIP code, stated real estate situation, message content, consent choices, submission timestamp, and standard technical details processed by the website host.

How information is used

The information is used to respond to your request, prepare a Richardson market or pricing read, manage follow-up, honor opt-in and opt-out preferences, maintain records, and improve site operations. Submitting the form does not create a listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, attorney-client relationship, tax-advice relationship, or appraisal engagement.

SMS, phone, and email consent

SMS, phone calling, and marketing email opt-ins are optional and unchecked by default.
